Jakarta, January 23, 2026 – More than 360 B. Braun Indonesia Ambassadors from across the country gathered at the B. Braun Indonesia Annual Conference (BIDAC) 2026 as a momentum to align business strategy, strengthen corporate culture, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to delivering relevant healthcare solutions. Held from January 21 to 23, 2026 at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, the conference highlighted the importance of collaboration and shared values in addressing healthcare challenges in 2026.
Carrying the theme “The Momentum of Impact – Resilience, Resourceful, and Focused”, BIDAC 2026 served as a strategic platform to align organizational direction amid an evolving healthcare landscape. Through focused discussions and sharing sessions, Ambassadors exchanged regional market insights and explored adaptive business approaches aligned with healthcare needs in Indonesia.
“This annual momentum allows us to re-harmonize our steps in overcoming challenges in 2026 through open discussions that value every perspective,” said Rainer Ruppel, President Director of B. In addition to strategic alignment, BIDAC 2026 featured the Awarding Night, recognizing employees for their years of service, business achievements, and strategic initiatives that contributed to improving business processes and performance. The jingle serves as an engaging internal communication tool that reflects the values guiding daily business practices and collaboration.
The launch of Gemilang ABC marked the kick-off of the Amazing B. Braun Culture campaign, encouraging employees to consistently live the company’s values in their roles, decisions, and interactions. This initiative strengthens a shared culture aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
