As part of their industrial internship program, students from the Diploma Program in Electromedical Engineering at Politeknik Unggulan Kalimantan visited B. Braun Indonesia’s Technical Service Facility (TSF) in Cikampek, West Java, in late November. The initiative was designed to provide hands-on understanding of medical equipment management and the safety standards applied in the healthcare industry.
During the visit, students learned about the standardized maintenance processes carried out by B. Braun’s technical team to ensure the quality and safety of medical devices. Observing these procedures firsthand highlighted the critical role of technical competence in supporting reliable healthcare services.
Beyond technical exposure, the program also facilitated discussions between students and B. Braun experts on challenges and opportunities in the electromedical field. These exchanges offered valuable insights into the skills required to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare industry.
Through initiatives like this, B. Braun reaffirms its commitment to talent development and knowledge sharing. The company continues to contribute to building an educational ecosystem aligned with industry needs, ensuring the sustainability of expertise that will shape the future of healthcare.
