In commemoration of World Blood Donor Day, B. Braun Indonesia once again held a blood donation drive on June 10, 2025, at Tempo Scan Tower, Jakarta. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to support public health and foster a spirit of social responsibility.
From approximately 150 prospective donors, the event successfully collected 107 bags of blood. All donated blood will be processed and distributed by the Indonesian Red Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia/PMI) to help patients in need of transfusions across the country.
As a gesture of appreciation and care for the donors’ well-being, B. Braun Indonesia also provided vitamins and healthy snacks after the donation process. This initiative aims to help maintain the donors’ stamina and promote a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, B. Braun Indonesia contributed a donation of IDR 5,000,000 to support the Indonesian Red Cross in carrying out blood collection and maintenance operations. The donation was handed over by Antonia Enny Indrayanti, Director of HR & Corporate Communication at B. Braun Indonesia, and received by a representative from the PMI central board.
Through this humanitarian initiative, B. Braun Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to protecting and improving public health. The company believes that every individual has the power to make a difference, and that a single act of kindness, like donating blood, can help save lives.
