Columbus® is a modern total knee endoprosthesis system. The different options cover all bicondylar indications and intraoperative situations: conservation or sacrifice of the posterior cruciate ligament, fixed or rotating platform, use with or without cement. Stability and kinematics are optimal through the design and the use of the OrthPilot® navigation system.
